Our Contract

When you place an order to purchase a product from Fabreec.Com which may be our Customized Product or any 3rd Party product or any 3rd party associated external online store, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order considering you have provided correct/active email id and that your email server is working for you to receive the email which is 3rd party dependant and beyond our control to manage. The email will notify you of the order and you can further log on to your Customer Portal to access the details of your Order or to track your Order Status. An SMS shall also be attempted to send confirming your order however this service is also 3rd party dependant and also on factors such as correct number provided, telecom operator service working, your local network service working, your mobile phone operational and within strong network range.

Your order represents an offer or interest by you; to us; to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and is confirmed, by an email/sms/whatsapp/similar online modes of communication, we send to you confirming that we have dispatched the goods (the ‘Shipment Confirmation E-mail’).
