At Fabreec.com, every single order is treated with utmost care and prepared from scratch upon receiving the order. We value your time and patience. Our team relentlessly tries to process orders and fulfill them in the shortest time possible. Thus:
- An order takes upto 72 hours, for approval and sent for fulfillment, from the time we receive a successful order.
- An order takes upto 10days to be shipped out for Domestic delivery (within India) from the time we receive a successful order. An additional time of 3-5 days is required by the Courier/Transporter/Shipping Company to successfully deliver the order to the respective Customer(s). Mode of shipment can be Land, Air or Water.
- An order takes upto 15days to be shipped out for International delivery (Worldwide, except India) from the time we receive a successful order. An additional time of 5-20 days or more may be required by the Courier/Transporter/Forwarder/Shipping Company to successfully deliver the order to the respective Customer(s). Mode of shipment can be Land, Air or Water.
- Shipment of order is a third party dependency and not in our control. Any item lost/damaged needs to be taken up with the Shipping company. We try to add a shipping insurance for all orders to safeguard your package, if provided by the Shipping company and thus not guaranteed.
- Shipping rates will be reflected in the Product Page and final Shipping costs reflect at the time of Checkout.
- Orders are delivered to the shipping address you have mentioned at the time of checkout. Shipping company executives will attempt to deliver the package upto three times before it is returned to us. Please ensure you have put in your Complete Shipping address at the time of checkout with Landmark(s) in order to ensure hasslefree delivery.
- Fabreec.Com will ensure dispatch of products in a timely and orderly manner. However, there may arise situations beyond our control that may hinder the delivery timeframe by us or the logistics partner(s), in the event of (a) Natural Calamities (b) Unfavourable Weather Conditions (c) Social, Economic or Political disruptions (d) Unforeseen and Unavoidable events which may result within Fabreec.Com (e) Others.
NOTE (General):
- Once the order is dispatched, the tracking number is loaded in the Portal and you can track orders from your Customer Portal with Fabreec.Com. You can further track your package from the Shipping company's website. A notification as SMS/WhatsApp/Email may be sent on placing the Order and on dispatch of Order. Make sure you have provided accurate Phone number and Email id during registration with Fabreec.Com and that they are 'Active'.
- In the event you HAVE NOT RECEIVED the package but your package shows DELIVERED by the Shipping company, you must contact us within 24 hours from the time that message shows up with the Shipping company. You must send us within max 36 hours, the screenshot of message/SMS/WhatsApp or information from the shipping company website for your order which shows delivered but you haven't received. Such information needs to be sent to the Shipping company and issue is persued to get further information from the shipping company about the package whereabouts. If you fail to contact and send information within 36 hours then we will not be in a position to help as the shipping company will not entertain requests beyond the mentioned timeframe. Shipping company normally take upto 7 days to provide Proof of Delivery which is then shared with you to verify or approve the same.
NOTE (International Shipments):
- International Orders may attract a Duty/Tax/Import Taxes/Fees which may be levied by the Authorities at the receiving country. You will have to talk to your Country Import Authorities to settle the fees and get your package. The process may vary from country to country. In case you haven't experienced importing packages yet, request you to please check your country authorities before placing order(s).
